Please review the policies below to ensure a smooth and respectful experience for all clients. ⸻ 📅 Cancellation & Appointment Policy To respect everyone’s time and maintain a smooth schedule: 1. Deposits A non-refundable $25 deposit is required to secure your appointment. This amount will be applied to your final service balance. 2. Cancellations • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. • Cancellations made with less than 24-hour notice will result in a forfeited deposit. • No-call/no-show appointments will be charged 50% of the total service cost and may require prepayment for future bookings. 3. Late Arrivals Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled at the stylist’s discretion. Late arrivals disrupt the flow of scheduled appointments and may result in shortened service time or cancellation. 4. Reschedules You may reschedule one time using your original deposit if done at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. 5. Children & Guests To maintain a peaceful and safe environment, please do not bring additional guests or unsupervised children unless they are also receiving a service. ⸻ 💲 Pricing Policy All service prices listed or quoted are subject to change at any time based on product cost, service time, or service complexity. This helps ensure your safety and the best possible results.
